Eligibility: Please note that to qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. However, customised products—such as those personalised with names, specific dates, or custom designs—are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, they are not eligible for a refund once the item has been purchased. Since digital products are emailed directly to you upon purchase, you essentially have immediate access to the product for lifetime use. Starting a Return: Please contact us to initiate a return. We will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.
Exchanges: For the quickest service, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
